We really got our money's worth at Manor Villa. The room was cozy and the location was fine, with easy access to the river Thames. The staff were friendly and treated us like family.

The breakfast could have been better.

Arrived early, offered tea and cakes. Enormous, comfortable bed. Lovely walk along Thames Path to The Trout, then to Halfpenny Bridge, village, church yard. Varied breakfast choices, great to sit with other guests. Will definitely return.

I stayed at the beautiful Buscot Manor for a weekend getaway with my girlfriends. The spacious and comfortable rooms were perfect for us. We were welcomed with tea and homemade cake, and enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden. The location was amazing, with easy access to the scenic Thames Path for walks and exploring the charming nearby village of Lechlade. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the friendly owners made us feel like family. We can't wait to return!

    Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the River Thames and within walking distance to the nearby village. The historical aspect of the building and the tranquil grounds added to the charm of the place. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bed sheets were dirty and covered in dust, and there were dead flies on the thing above the bed. The shared bathrooms were inconvenient, especially for someone who prefers showers over baths.

I had a nice and romantic stay at Buscot Manor. The attention to detail in creating a romantic atmosphere was excellent, with a huge four-poster bed and lovely textiles throughout. The afternoon tea on arrival, with multiple cake options, was a good touch. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, catering to all tastes. The location near Kelmscott and Buscot Park was perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this charming and romantic hotel.

Just returned from a weekend stay at this beautiful villa with a group of friends. We were greeted with a generous amount of food and the well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed. the rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. the outdoor area with the barbecue, firepit, and hot tub was a fantastic addition. the owner was responsive and accommodating, and we appreciated their support with accessibility for one of our group members. a fantastic stay!

    Nothing to dislike! 💯.

our recent stay at manor villa in buscot exceeded all expectations. after a previous visit to buscot, we were already enamored with the area, but this time we were blown away by the stunning countryside views and the peaceful atmosphere that surrounded the house. the room was spacious and boasted a comfortable four poster bed that gave us a perfect view of the beautiful rear garden. we were impressed by the warm welcome we received from the hosts, who made us feel like part of their family. the location was ideal, with plenty of attractions and excellent restaurants just a short drive away. it truly was a tranquil and unforgettable experience.

Shared bathrooms were a slight inconvenience.

We had the most wonderful stay at Bascot Manor last weekend. Our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. Our 8-year-old son loved feeding the chickens and stroking the friendly dog. The rooms were beautifully decorated with great sympathy to the history of this National Trust house. The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious, with warm pastries and cooked options. The location, just a few hundred metres from the picturesque Thames river, was perfect for relaxation and exploring the area. We will surely return.

    Totally recommend this hotel.

We definitely got great value for our money at this beautiful manor villa. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a fixed showerhead in the lovely clawfoot tub.

Romany, attentive hostess. Cozy accommodations. Quirky old manor house. Great base for exploring. Plentiful breakfast with fresh strawberries. Shared bathroom not a problem. Short walk to Thames.

    All was good.
